Well balanced, expressive and excellent QPR.
The nose is expressive, floral, with a hint of lemon zest. Pale straw in the glass and light-bodied. The palate shows great balance between racy acidity and sweetness, with a faint spritz on the tongue that keeps it lively. Medium finish that leaves a subtle, citrusy tartness.
Very glad we picked up a few bottles from Stefan during our trip to the Mosel earlier this year, and at an excellent QPR. Looking forward to seeing how these develop.
